Life is beautiful but not always easy, it has problems, too, and the challenge lies in facing them with courage, letting the beauty of life act like a balm, which makes the pain bearable, during trying times, by providing hope, Happiness, sorrow, victory, defeat, day-night are the two sides of the me coin. Similarly life is full of moments of joy, pleasure, success and comfort punctuated by misery, defeat, failures and problems. There is no human being on Earth, strong, powerful, wise or rich, who has not experienced, struggle, suffering or failure.

While go through my Amal fellowship, I learned so many new things which helps me to build my lifestyle in more better way. One of the best part of this fellowship is AMAL TOTKAY. Its help me to grow my mindset which is highly important for my professional life. these tips are:

5:FAKE IT UNTILL YOU MAKE IT

These are the all tips which is really important for me and after going through these tips I realized that it is really necessary to build up our mindset.

SELF TALK:

Self-talk is a simplest and easiest way from which we communicate with ourselves. Talk with our self can help us cheer on, motivate us, and make us feel great both about ourselves and the world. However, it can also be negative and self-defeating. Often with people with low self-esteem, their inner critic constantly tells them negative things like, “You’re no good!” “Why do you think you’d be able to do that?” Instead of saying, “If you study, you’ll do well in your exam!”

Negative self-talk is counter productive. if you tell yourself that you can do something, you’re more likely to try and keep focused on a positive outcome.

GET OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE:

The ability to take risks by stepping outside your comfort zone is the primary way by which we grow. But we are often afraid to take that first step. In truth, comfort zones are not really about comfort, they are about fear. Break the chains of fear to get outside. Once you do, you will learn to enjoy the process of taking risks and growing in the process.

No one likes to move beyond his or her comfort zone, but that’s really where the magic happens. It’s where we can grow, learn, and develop in a way that expands our horizons beyond what we thought was possible.

CREATE NEW HABITS:

According to researchers habits account for about 40 percent of our behaviors on any given day its means habits have great impact on our life. Understanding how to build new habits is essential for making progress in your health, your happiness, and your life in general. But there can be a lot of problems in our life that is not simple to digest. To solve these problem and break things down in a very simple manner, just build some habit to make life happy. With a small amount of initial discipline, we can create a new habit that requires little effort to maintain.

ASK PEAPLE HELP:

In our life mostly People wildly underestimate the odds that others will help us. From strangers to colleagues to friends, we think people are likely to reject our request, and that leads to people not asking for help as much as we should. So many people need help and are afraid to ask. Asking for help isn’t just about what you say and do; it’s also about what you don’t say and do. Some time we need others help in our issues, ask other for help to resolve the issue it will give us new experience and also show the other kind acts.

FAKE IT UNTILL YOU MAKE IT:

Life has not been a bed of roses for them. The adage ‘Uneasy lays the head that wears the crown’ has been rightly used for people, who are successful and are enjoying power and authority. To sum up, life is beautiful just as roses but it has challenges which are like thorns and have to be faced and overcome by all. Those, who accept these, challenges and succeed, are the ones, who know how to live life in its true sense. so, enjoy life but also be prepared to bear the pricks of pain. we have to do the things to gain some experience and prove that we can do. there is nothing impossible.

MY IMPLEMENTATION:

I actually started implement these all tips on my self to grow my self. its really helped me overcome all my failures.
